WSCR Looses License For New Format Change

Just to let everyone know that I've heard through the grape vine,
a very good friend of mine who works for the goverment with FCC department;
had told me that WSCR AM-670 will lose their broadcasting license;
due to Indecent Exposure from callers calling in and using severe
swear-words over the airwaves which includes Mike North.

It was a decission that WCSR-AM670 will be changing their call letters
and change their format completly from Sports-Talk to Nostalgia/Oldies format
No one knows for sure when this will take effect? But however, this will
be happening soon in the very near future, and you can bank on it for sure!

So Score Fans, don't be sad! The Score might go to satellite radio!
This was a big talk on this board awhile back when people were saying
that The score may be brought out by an Nostalgia/Oldies outlet.

I'm off on the weekends, because the computer that
I'm using is at my work/job placement in Buffalo Grove.
I work from 7am to 3pm Monday through Friday.....

I immagine that many people who have the weekends off will be playing April fools pranks around the office today since April Fools day falls on a Saturday.

Were people actually supposed to fall for this one? It had obvious April Fool's written all over it. It's almost a reflection of the lack of creativity and originality of today's state of the "theater of the mind."
