WSDR Sterling

Not sure how long they have been doing this, but during the late nights/overnights WSDR 1240 in Sterling is simulcasting the satellite programming of their FM station, WSSQ. Only issue is that I have never heard a legal ID for WSDR during these hours. Do they just figure the FCC isn't paying attention to a 1000 watt station in Sterling, so why bother with the rules, or what?
