WSFL 39 schedule confusion

With Tamron Hall moving to the new ABC Miami from WSFL that leaves a hole at 4pm on 39. The current schedule on TV passport also does not list Morning Rush on it but for August 4 it has the Morning Rush on 8-10am. But the August 4 schedule has Jennifer Hudson moving to 4pm with Modern Family and Inside South Florida replacing it at 5pm. Earlier it had more Inside South Florida at 6 and 6:30 but now its showing another Scripps program for the 6pm hour. Also I see that Local 10 News is gone at 10pm replaced with Seinfeld with Sinclair's The National News Desk at 11pm.

TV titan for August 4 has the Scripps News programs 8-10am 6-7pm and 11-midnight (not The National News Desk). I thought Scripps News was pulled from OTA TV but is 39 using repeats of old news programs until the Fall tv season begins with new syndication.
 
I just checked the program schedule for WSFL 39 on August 4th, and they're debuting the program called Today As It Happened produced by Scripps News at 6:00 PM.

Yes, but there are still Scripps stations that carry Scripps News programs, mainly the Independent ones (see KMCC, KUPX, the new WXPX, etc.).
