Why didn't XM put WSIX on Channel 98? It would have only made sense. There's nothing there now.

Same thing with WLW. Channel 700 would have been a good choice, for obvious reasons, unless their technical end limited them from doing that.<P ID="signature">______________

Between the latin and world sections? I do not get it sir.

WSIX, WLW, and the other Clear Channel programmed channels are being grouped into a section called Regional News, Talk and Music Channels.

I was expecting them to change the channel numbers for Nashville!, KISS, MIX, and Sunny so that they were in the same general area as the other channels in the same Regional group, but that's not the case. It would have made sense to make them Channels 140-143, but then the Sports channels would then have to be renumbered and they'd have an endless chain-effect spiral of channel number changes on their hands. XM Sports fans all around the country would have revolted.

And XM channel numbers can only go up to 255.
