wsjo hd2 still off

They been off a few weeks, skips from the main HD1 signal to HD3 Beach Radio, the HD4 is still active. On another note WOLD on WPRB HD3 had the usual doo wop show last night and general oldies in other dayparts, guess they are still running oldies on the WPRB feed....how is this possible....

The WSJO HD scenario is interesting especially since the other subs are available and running although isn't the HD4 feeding a translator? As for WOLD it would make sense if they are utilizing the HD3 of WPRB as a "primary" to feed the translators they operate their programming on, which appears to be what they're doing with some sort of agreement with WPRB to use their sub one would guess. As for the original home of WOLD, as a post (below) states, that is running a completely separate format it seems. If you are asking about "branding" still calling it WOLD, I am not sure one could speculate what the plans are there but as long as all stations are identifying as they should, hourly on the LP and HD3 and 3x daily at pre-determined times on the translators, doesn't matter what they call themselves as far as I know. Seems completely fine from my side of the fence if I answered your question properly.
