WSKT 92.7 is now WCLS (soon to be 97.7)

Doesn't seem to be that well executed, the promos said "WSKT will be moving to 97.7 FM October 31 at 9 AM and will become WCLS at that time".

I could have sworn the legal ID and magic during the hour said WZLS though...I couldn't understand why I WZLS was licensed to some hamlet in North Carolina, but the FCC shows a license to both 92.7 and 97.7 with calls WZLS and none for WSKT.

AAaanyway, I am more or less expecting a format flip. Perhaps as a CHR or Lite Rock. If you're changing calls and frequencies, why not?

Id love to see another CHR spring up in Central Indiana, but we are talking about a small farm town, which can already get 3 CHR stations,,, WNOU INDY,,,,WBWB Bloomington,,, as well as WMGI,,Terre Haute. The area doesnt need any more Country stations either, and I dont beleive for one second that someone is actually going to try a Country-ROCK Hybrid. IM guessing on some kind of AC, or maybe even Standards format............ TIME FOR SOME JOKES.... How About another ENERGY 92.7 (Dance hits for the Cornfields), or 92.7 (THE BEAT)... Spencers Blazin Hip Hop & R&B...lol....lol.....lol....lol

We're talking about a country station with the following competition:
WWBL/WQTY/WREB (the Original Company cluster)
WTHI-FM
WFMS
WLHK

Nothing would surprise me :p

I actually think it would go over well...12+ only. Of course, their new signal will have IU in thier bullseye... And it would be 97.7 THE BEAT ;-)
