WSMO question

Who owns WSMO? I am confused. Being a bit out of the market, I don't stay as abreast with State College radio as I guess I should. But being a smooth jazz fan, I'm interested.

Someone at first told me it was 'Forever,' and I couldn't believe the same company that ditched it would bring it back, but now I am reading the name Nick Galli. Is Mr. Galli the owner? What's the name of the company? Private owner?

Just curious as to who made this very smart move. That is not being sarcastic either. State College is the perfect city for this format. WOJZ was pulled way too soon.
