WSNI Flipped today August 23rd at 12 noon to Rumba 104.5. Kicking off with "Frankie Ruiz's Puerto Rico". Rumor has it that in the next few weeks the northeast will see a similar flip. We'll see

For me, the numbers do not work. ÑPhilly is under 6% Hispanic, and highly assimilated There is ñprobably not any more thana 2.5 share for this station once it settles in.
