The Gleaner (of Henderson) reported Monday that Henry Lackey would sell to Union County Broadcasters (WMSK):

The two stations are said to sustain separate offices, but I doubt that will be the case in the long term.
 
Job well done, Henry... Served Hendo, West Davies, McLean and Webster well.... Johnny and the Union boys will 'at least' keep it in local area hands....
