Maybe this is old news to some, but I havent seen it mentioned here...it's ashame this still continues as it only tarnishes the reputation of radio.

Sad but very true and just the tip of the iceberg. one hit station (no names mentioned) had a no pay no play edict when new owners took over in late 90's....

speculation but at a glance 100,000 dollars or more worth of goods services and cash may have changed hands in any given year.
