Miami/Fort Lauderdale WSST 94.9 FM?

In the 1987 issue of Broadcasting Yearbook, 94.9 FM is listed with the call sign WSST. The 1985 and 1986 editions have it as WINZ-FM, and then in 1988 it's WZTA. FCCdata.org shows WSST was briefly assigned for a little less than a month in May, 1986. Anyone know why?
