Let me say this about Scott Arnold...
From what I understand (and someone else mentioned on this thread), this guy worked full-time during the day, and then did nights at WSTW. He did this for what? A year? Maybe more? What else did he have to do to prove himself? He sounded good, and he showed he was willing to do whatever it took to prove himself, and earn that job. And it still wasn't offered. I don't blame him for leaving. I don't think many people would be able to do what he did...working basically a 15 hour day everyday, and weekends too. And, he actually sounded pretty good doing it. I don't know the PD at WSTW, but I have to wonder what he is thinking. First, he lets Arnold go, and then he doesn't even fill the slot, even with a bunch of part-timers.
