Sorry for the delay in replying. Yes the station is on the air with the same subchannel array that RabbitEars.info lists: .1 = Heartland, .2=RetroTV, .3=Rev'n, .4=Action, .5=Family.

What's interesting to me is that I can't get the station on the living room TV which has the antenna by the window, but get a rock solid signal on the bedroom TV with the same type of antenna located indoors.
