I have a station in need of several 4CH Moseley DSP6000 encoders and decoders. Please let me know if you have any surplus units. We urgently need a 4CH encoder.

Ebay has them on occasion. You may just have to be patient. Is one broken that you're looking to replace? If so, why not fix it?
 
Units needed for new signals going on the air. I have been searching eBay, and have only found 2ch units, not the 4ch models. Thanks for your thoughts.
