WTBS 26 EVOLVING AWAY FROM WANN 32

Just this week they've replaced Oldie Goldie and Moxie (both on WANN). RTV is now on
Olide 26.5. Untamed Sports is back in place of Moxie movies 26.6. Bizz TV is on 26.7
tonight in place of THIS-TV. What's next? Good to see them presenting more variety.

Looks like LWN is gone and they added My Family TV and the Outdoor channel.

I see. I had the LWN channel blocked out.
Much of My Family TV is on 57.2. I guess they will be sharing it???? The affiliate page only lists
WATC 57.

26.8 and 26.9 appear to be sales channels now. I guess Tr3s and LATV are only on 32 now.
Now the guide on 32.1 is very messed up. They did add Antenna TV on 36.3 today though.

So to sum up, after a year as identical twin to 32, 26 is now recreating itself as a new choice
for sub-channels............and the better ones appear to be on 26.

Thanks Trip (of Luken Communications).......one month on the job and you're already making a big difference in ATL tv. Keep working on getting us PBJ (it deserves more than 2 affiliates).

Much of My Family TV is on 57.2. I guess they will be sharing it???? The affiliate page only lists WATC 57.

I believe WATC will be ceasing to air My Family TV.

Don't worry yourself over PBJ.

And I can't claim any credit for the affiliations in Atlanta.

Is PBJ coming? Its listed on 32.7 but ThisTV is on now.

They've been swapping channels around all week. I think the dust has settled now.
Most of the junk channels are now on 26. Much of the pixelation I was seeing at the
very top of some of the channels has now gone away.

The audio is too high on MOST of the 26 channels. I think the plan is for 16 also to carry
RTV (cover the southside) and for 32 RTV (to cover the rest).

PBJ is on 32.7 and I've watched a few shows. They only air cartoons about half the time
and are not airing some of the better cartoons they have access to.

RTV hasn't been on 16.3 for a day or so...just black screen. Doubt they'll stay there. Besides, I get 32/26 just fine on the southside (Cliftondale)

There must have been a clause or something in the RTV contract "we can drop your station at
any time"........because it's only been on 16 for about 4+ months.

I'm really enjoying Antenna TV on 36.3. Between them and Me-TV on 2.2 you get a pretty decent
retro program about 60% of the time. Much like going back in a time tunnel.

I'd like to see "The Time Tunnel" on a retro channel.......not sure who has the rights to it though.

Now that all the junk channels are on 26, I have blocked them all except TUFF-TV.

On 32 I've kept them all except the 3 Spanish channels. So, of both stations, 8 channels
are so so and 12 channels are still pure junk IMO.
