Today's Dispatch has an article about a controversy over the village's repaved streets (for reasons explained in the article, they ended up with a black-oatmeal look). They interview the mayor of Riverlea about the situation.
Wonder if TDA can somehow use this to demonstrate that this is an independent, separate community?
