From FCC Application
By operating with an effective radiated power of 6.0 kilowatts at 87.3 meters
HAAT, WTDA(FM) will not overlap protected or interfering contours with WPAY-FM. A
directional antenna pattern will be utilized to protect WXEG(FM) from contour overlap.

Thanks to Allfirdup for updating us on this as this change as it wasn't readily apparent at first glance that Nabco wanted to keep Westerville
as their COL:

Here are all the objections filed by by Franklin Communications (Saga) and the town of Riverlea.

This is slowing down the WTDA app. process. I didn't realized they had all these objections filed against their proposed tower move.
So, WTDA applied to move it's COL from Westerville to Riverlea, then to Worthington and now they want keep it in Westerville. My head is spinning.
Why on earth would Riverlea care if WTDA moved it's COL to there? Sounds silly to me.
Franklin Communications (Saga) may be trying to protect any future plans for moving 104.3 closer to Columbus and the proposed WTDA tower
move would prevent 104.3 from moving it's tower closer to Columbus. Just a guess but as I thought Saga gave up on moving 104.3 closer
to Columbus when the 104.9 tower site move blew up their(Saga) original Columbus move in application.
