WTDA VS WBNS AM

It just occurred to me...I had heard that the Mnnicks (sp?) (WTDA) and the Wolfes (WBNS) were friends and had an informal "gentleman's agreement" not to compete against each other. Anybody care to hazard a guess or comment?
 
I think the Mnichs have discovered a loophole, namely that the Wolfes can't hear WTDA in their downtown offices. So it doesn't count as competition. In a way it's that same, "if a tree falls..." concept Xiradiodotcom cited for 107.1.
