See on All Access for Coast fall ratings, again only subscribing stations. 5 stations in town, 5 stations out of town. Shouldn't this send a message to Arbitron that they suck? Filling out a diary twice a year is so 1950's-ish...and they charge how much for this extortion? And everyone has to live and die by this travesty?
