A Time Brokerage Agreement will go into effect when the station resumes broadcasting. The buyer also owns 1440 WNYG Medford and 1580 WLIM Patchouge plus operates 740 WNYH Huntington via Time Brokerage Agreement. Fybush.com reported this week that WNYH owner Dr. Richard Yoon misrepresented himself as WTHE’s owner to have the station evicted from its transmitter site last January.
