Just heard the 10AM ID for the Hawk, WTHK Burlington, no mention of Philly or Trenton. Does this mean the CP was approved??

Yes - and no.
It's a multi-step process. The first step was to change COL from Trenton to Burlington without changing physical facilities. That was done over the summer, and they've been "WTHK Burlington" since at least Labor Day - but still from the tower in Trenton.
The next step is the currently-pending app to move the transmitter to Wyndmoor. That has not yet been approved.<P ID="signature">______________
