WTIC AM - When will they get a permanent Afternoon Host?

It's almost been a year since John Rowland gave up his afternoon show on WTIC AM 1080 after yet another political scandal. Ever since then they've been having fill-in hosts in the 3PM-6PM time slot. Pastor Marrotti was doing the show daily for several months. JOE "D" who's one of the announcers of the UCONN Huskies has been hosting sometimes. Pator Marrotti still fills in on occasion. What's taking WTIC so long to get a permanent afternoon host?

I have a couple of ideas myself.

Former WDRC (AM) host Dan Lovallo.

What about Chris Ryan? He was a DJ on DRC-FM who on occasion did fill-ins on for Dan Lovallo on WDRC (AM).

Move Jim Vicevich to the 3PM-6PM slot and put on something syndicated in the morning 9AM-Noon or move Jim into the afternoon slot and hire someone such as Dan Lovallo to do 9AM-Noon.

Move Hannity to the live 3PM-6PM Time-Slot and then have Sports Talk air 6PM-10PM (when there's no Redsox or UCONN Play-by-Play) and slide Clark Howard back to the 10PM-1AM time slot.

Bring back the All-News Block 3PM-6PM.

I like the all news block to come back but maybe with some mixed in talk from a host on a hot topic. Also having Hannity after RUSH works in other markets but I wonder if WTIC is just better than that and can have their own programming after RUSH.
