WTIC-DT Screen ID's and overlapping obits just now

Anyone else notice lately that Fox CT no longer mentions anywhere it's former RF channel 61, except in the PSIP when you tune to it? The "slides" now all show WTIC-DT 31.1, however, WTIC-DT2 "Antenna TV" is identifying as WTIC-DT2 61.2. I thought that the FCC rules were all identification should be as the original allocated channel with the option to mention digital rf channel elsewhere on screen much like what WTNH does with the channel 10 position also mentioned but not prioritized, or has this rule been changed?

I has the station on just now to see the id (missed it this time) but as I typed this, they had a lower 3rd graphic with obituaries runing, and part of it froze while the remaining obits kept running over top of it.
