WTIC-FM HD-3

Fybush.com reports the HD-3 of WTIC-FM shouldd be a relay of WBZ-FM, but I'm still hearing WTIC-AM, anyone know when this is supposed to start?

WTIC-FM HD3 is also several more seconds behind the already delayed simulcast of WTIC-AM 1080 on HD2. Strange!

Hey, that reminds me, the portable Insignia radio I got this past weekend has a delay on analog stations. I was listening to WESU Middletown and then when I got back to my car and turned on the radio I had about a 1 second delay between the car stereo and the Insignia.

Will the relay of WBZ-FM include its sports play-by-play (Bruins, Pats) or just the talk? I wouldn't think the Pats would be included, since the team already has a Hartford affiliate, but I sure would like to be able to hear the Bruins in better sound quality than XM provides.
