WTKE the Ticket Ft. Walton dead air

I listen to the ticket WTKE mornings and afternoons. (Jim Rome & O'Riley) are on at that time. Why so much dead air in the breaks. Today I heard the director (national) on the air say 10 seconds at the tone. At least fill the break with PSA's . thanks.

Who "owns" WTKE this hour? That'll answer your question. Ron Hale? Lucky it's even on the air still, regardless of who owns it.
