Any reason why TK101 subchannel has odd choices for programming. First it was like Shania Twain’s Guest DJ station and now it’s an Indie/R&B artist. Who decides this? Why can’t we have an Alternative or something of that nature?

iHeart typically uses HD subchannels for obtaining lower composer royalty rates for its streaming channels. TK101's subchannel is designed for online listeners via iHeartRadio, not locals.

I just look at it like it's a mystery station… every couple of months I'll tune in for a minute and try to figure out the theme.

With the exception of a rather brief-lived oldies format, it's never been anything even remotely entertaining.

Somehow people want to listen to Smooth Jazz on not one, but two different frequencies. *facepalm* by the way, Kiss FM needs a signal upgrade...

Two different markets, remember. Nevermind the reality of what the signals cover; WKSJ is a Mobile market station and WRGV is a Pensacola market station. That's the only logic I can see, as KSJ's high power HD completely laps WRGV's.
