WTMC 1380 beings HD broadcast

Inexplicably, WTMC turned on HD sidebands. I guess if the big 50kW stations are dropping Iboc like a hot potato, small time operations like WTMC (though state funded I assume) are saying we'll make it work!

I really have got to know what on earth made them think it's worth it for the three people who have HD radios to hear automated traffic in hi-fidelity.
