WTMJ and 94.5 leaving Radio City?

It sounds like the radio stations are leaving for a site in downtown Milwaukee. Radio City has been WTMJ AM home since the 1940's. Between the vacant corporate offices and and and soon to be vacant radio studios and office space there is going to be a lot of unused space in the building.
