Just wondering how WTOH Radio - 98.9-FM - is received in the Columbus area? The information I found indicates they have a power of 2,600 watts and a map of their coverage area shows their signal reaches as far as Washington Court House to the southwest. For 2018, they are the closest station to me that is carrying the Cleveland Browns' games, but it doesn't appear their signal could reach the northeast suburbs of Cincinnati.
 
No way 98.9 would get that far. It's good for maybe 40 miles if that. 99.1 out of Dayton clobbers it to the west and southwest of Columbus.

No way - their signal is best in Franklin county given they are on a tower central to Columbus. Washington Court House would be the very tips of their signal fringe wise. Their 60 dBu "local" coverage reaches Plain City to the NW West Jefferson Ohio to the West, Pickerington to the East and Ashville to the South. Their "distant" reaches Mount Sterling to the SW, London to the West, Circleville to the South, Newark to the East, Delaware to the North.

Your out of luck if your near Cinci.

Shame Salem does not sub to the PPMs given they have all 3 of their main formats in Columbus. (Conserv Talk, Christian Teaching, CCM).

I got a feeling as long as they can sell their cluster of stations to their targeted advertisers they don't care about ratings.. Plus all 3 formats are cheap for them to run as they don't run much local in Columbus at all - for example their Fish at 95.9 is completely 100% the satellite feed from Nashville outside of the local ad insertion.
