WTPS Sold to....

WKAT moves their programming to WTPS, getting the 50kw signal they've wanted since their deal to diplex at the WINZ site went belly up and WKAT goes to Spanish religious programming. This was told to me by a former host at WTPS and a consultant engineer familiar with the attempt to move 1360 to the 940 site in north Dade.

It's stick value, as there are no multiples on stations that do not make money.

Are we sure they won't try to bring back the conservative talk that failed so miserably on 1360? Those Salemites are a stubborn bunch...
