It appears that WTRI has returned to the air with programming from Radio India out of New Jersey. But it also appears that they're leaving their transmitter on after the programming stops, I've noticed a strong carrier on all night looping in their direction. And the FCC monitoring station is right down the road from them? Guess this one falls into the catagory of another FINE operation.
