Another possibility may be to "displace" the translator with the move-in. Displacement opens more options in moving channels (as opposed to +/- .6 MHz or 10.6/10.8 MHz moves). Regardless, translator licenses in metros are valuable now and the church was smart to sell it for something, and WTSH was smart to pick it up.
