Well, I guess we need a station for farmers. I think AM 860 woild be the spot for it. It's sunrise to sunset.

The Census says there are less than 100,000 Spanish people in the USA. That's not much of an audience.

They all speak the same language, English. The last significant immigration of Italians was ended before W.W. II, and the German flow stopped around 1880 to 1890.

Spanish is a language, not a format. there are sdozens of possible Spanish langauge formats.

There are about 3 shares available for Spanish, based on 2005 population data.

But very few Italians today could even understand an Italian station. The last Italian radio station went off the air int he mid 50's... WOV in New York. It became WADO, a Spanish station today.
