It's really tough to imagine this station actually winning a Marconi. They don't even have a local morning show (It's Bob and Tom). Their voice/inaging guy has outlived his stay by several years (ear fatigue). They play classic rock, which requires far less exertion than stations rolling a current music format. They have no competition in the market. The only real plus is their on-air personalities are really solid. Nothing against TNT implied here. His work on their HD-2 deep cuts is wonderful, especially for listening at work. It's not a bad sounding station, I just don't see WTUE as a Marconi winner. The judges may prove me wrong and I'll be the first to congratulate them if they win.
