The contents of the WTVH building in Syracuse were auctioned off today.
WSYR-TV posted a couple minutes of raw video from the auction:

Of note, at the beginning of the video, the auctioneer tries to get a $50 opening bid for a nice portrait-sized photo of Ron Curtis. Nobody bites until he lowers the opening bid to just $5. The auctioneer then asks several times for a $7.50 bid, to no avail. The thing sold for five bucks. The frame alone was probably worth more.
