I'm having to turn the truck radio up a couple more ticks to be comfortable. Has anyone else noticed this?

No... you're just getting old. ;D
didn't notice the audio level being down this morning when i was in my truck. i will say though that if corby isn't back this afternoon my 610 audio will be all the way down. or my dial will be somewhere other than 610. they're giving less and less reason to tune in. Rileys callers wear on me in short order. I can only take Rush in small doses. And there's no reason to tune in after 7pm. no local personalities. no news. just another signal on the bird. the one time full service giant has become just another unremarkable midget.

no offense chuck. i guess you lost me from the outset monday because i never liked jamie lee curtis. she and sharon stone always just kinda creeped me out. now michelle pfeiffer, a whole different story. ended up having you on all tuesday afternoon even though i never much cared for psychics as a topic. i'd start a campaign for you to have the 7 to 10pm slot. shaun hannity? who gives a damn. maybe YOU can answer why they dropped Mike McConnell on Saturday afternoons in favor of Rush reruns. Corby and McConnell have great pipes with a snide edge. For whatever reason that appeals to me

I was waiting for someone to say that, though.
I checked again this morning and realized the EQ setting on the truck radio had been changed. Methinks this was the problem.

Didn't McConnell's syndication deal end?
I thought they axed that and decided to just keep him as a local personality in Cincy?

WTVN does not air "The Weekend" anymore. They do a Rush Encore thing in that time slot now.
