WTXO 98.3

I was listening to my car stereo this afternoon and tuned into 98.3 and heard a station airing an urban format. I never heard any announcers or a TOH ID given, but there was a commercial which mentioned a business on the "corner of 14th Street and Noble". I know Noble (Street) is in Anniston. Has WTXO changed formats or was this some type of special programming the station runs on weekends? I tried pulling up the WTXO stream online, but it wouldn't connect. WTXO's sister station, WFXO at 105.9 in Southside (Gadsden) was still streaming a rock format. The Rock983.net website is still up, but a good portion of it appears to have been dismantled. Anyone know what is going on with WTXO?

Something is probably afoot. While on Rock983.net, if you click through to the link to its Facebook page, an updated logo mentioning 'Rock 105.9' shows up. Also on its FB page: A link to Rock1059.net, which may have already been in use/registered for the same website.

I notice WFXO has a CP that re-licenses the station to Southside, which will give it a city-grade signal over Gadsden and improved (?) coverage of Anniston and the Gamecock students in Jacksonville.
