WTXX Channel 20.2 This-TV

Hey. I get WTXX Channel 20.2 THIS-TV on COMCAST Channel 246 (soon to be 290) in Bristol. My mom who lives in Southington and has COX does not get this station, but was at my apartment and liked a few of the movies they were showing. Any idea why COX does not carry THIS-TV?

Also does COMCAST Pick up THIS-TV OTA? The reason I ask is because I was watching the last 1/2 hour of the movie "Getting Even With Dad" and the audio kept cutting out, but the video was fine.
 
In a word, because they don't have to. But they'll get a round tuit eventually.

Comcast is accepting ASI from the locals now. I'm working on getting mine to them. But I'm not sure if stations are paying for or installing AVS270 circuits yet. So its probably OTA.

Probably something gone wrong on the copy of the movie, bad dub, bad ingest. DTV audio is pretty much rock solid, one doesnt go out without the other.
