WTXX's analog tower after 2/17/08?

WTXX's digital antenna is on Fox 61's tower on Rattlesnake Mountain. What's going to happen to Channel 20's tower outside of Waterbury after the station cuts it analog signal? I believe tower space is leased to other companies, but a tower height that requires strobe lights at the top probably won't be needed.
 
Perhaps it will be taken down, or at least the top half of the tower. Is the new backup facility on Rattlesnake too?
