WUAB adding new subchannel

Over-the-air WUAB has color bars, tone and an indicator via my set top box that a new channel called "Bounce" is bouncing our way. Calling itself the first over-the-air television network targeting African-Americans (ages 25-54 primarily), the network was founded by Martin Luther King III and Andrew Young. One source says they have rights to around 400 films such as "Car Wash" and "Mo Better Blues". If these include some of the independent films done in the 1930s and 1940s that were made for the African-American audience, then I'm interested. They'll do other things as well, of course. One web source says that they have struck a deal with Fox television stations to run their network. That's not how it's working in Cleveland as Raycom owns WUAB/WOIO.

The Bounce test color bars are on 43.3. Bounce's affiliate list has it on 43.2, and readers have told me that Zap2It/etc. are listing This moving to 43.3, with Bounce 43.2.
