Why is Clear Channel keeping WUCS out of the publicly released 12+ Nielsens for Hartford-New Britain but not for Springfield, where it's bumping along in the 0.5-0.9 range?
 
They don't subscribe for that station in the Hartford market, so the numbers aren't released. There's not much of a need for them to subscribe, they already see the numbers.
