WUML-FM 91.5 Lowell At Or Nearly Full Power

It appears that WUML-FM 91.5 in Lowell has made some kind of fix of its transmitter that it is
either running its full authorized power, or very close to it. My receiver that displays relative
signal strength is NOT going to the max when I orient my antenna towards the SW, so it's
probably the latter.
