This week, WUVG 34.1 (Univision) and 34.2 (Telefutura) are suppost to switch to HD signals (although HD programming will not be available until New Year's Day).
Can anyone confirm this? Also, I wonder if Comcast will carry them (814 for 34.1, don't know for 34.2).
The challenge here is that in most Univision O&O markets, they have a duopoly (1 Univision, 1 Telefutura). Here...they will have to try to squeeze 2 HD signals on one signal (WXIA did this briefly in 2006 during the Winter Olympics, and WRAL/Raleigh does this).
