WUVN down for a bit and now back LATV/WVIT DT3 is now Russian TV?

I notice WUVN was off earlier this weekend, though I didn't make a note of exactly when, I just figured I was having some odd problems and needed to tweek my antennas again as I'm also having trouble getting WFSB 33, but this morning I was scanning around and they've opened up the -4 and are now running LATV (Latino Alternative TV) and is already listed on Titain TV.

Still waiting on "This TV" on WTXX DT2

WVIT 35-3 this hour seems to be a different network this morning (or earlier this weekend, I really haven't had the chance to check it out since Friday Evening) and checking Titain TV listing, they still show the NBC Unisports schedule, the new offering appears to be "RT" Russian Today.com, because the listings haven't been changed and there's no mention on the website. Not being a regular NBC-US watcher, I don't know if this is what they usually show from 8am-9am sundays or what exactly is going on, it just seems a bit different than what I would expect from a typical network station.
 
As of this moment, RT on WVIT DT3 has frozen... and now gone black... and now appears to back to UniSports, ok, nothing more than a simple error somewhere. Everything's back to normal, nothing to see here, move along.
