WUVN down

WUVN is transmitting at full power but all 4 channels are showing up as "No Signal" on my Zenith and is also off on Dish Network. I'm told by reliable sources that this occurred at about 3pm. I only found out just minutes ago, I don't tune to the locals much except for Simpsons on WCCT & WGGB, and sometimes news (mostly on WFSB). Seems very much like the problem they had previously with a card at the transmitter site. (I'll say no more as I don't want to speculate too much and just out of respect I have for other engineers out there as a former one myself).

I should have mentioned the Zenith I refer to above is a DTV converter box and does show me a signal level in the 90% and above range, but the display will still read NO SIGNAL when there is nothing to decode. I wish I had checked that first before doing a rescan (I wasn't thinking), the box held at 46, but then continued after not reaching any streams to decode, this whole thing looks like what happened before. Of course since I also have Dish, if I had actually wanted to watch anything on WUVN DT-1 or DT-3, the Univision east feed and the feed that used to be Telefutura is the up in the 800's, since the uplink site in Meriden (?) is pulling them OTA.
