WVAF is on the list of finalist for a Marconi award: AC station of the year. They are up against some "heavy hitters" in much bigger markets:

KSTP-FM, St. Paul, MN
WBEB-FM, Philadelphia, PA
WREW-FM, Cincinnati, OH
WSNY-FM, Columbus, OH

To be included in this group is an honor.

What do these stations all have in common? None are owned by Clear Channel or Cumulus. Congrats to WVAF. Good company to be part of.
