WVBF (1530 AM, Middleboro-Taunton, MA)

I just noticed that WVBF 1530 AM Middleboro-Taunton, one of the TIC (Talking Information Center-based at WATD in Marshfield) stations, seems to have expanded it's local non-TIC talk programming, and now has a website with streaming audio: www.hometowntalkradio.com

Looks like they are playing (partly) to Taunton.

Why don't they re-name the station WPEP? More recognized down there than "WVBF" which is only known to Boston Top 40 listeners from the 70s.

If the former WPEP-AM tower is still standing, perhaps they could get one of these "translator" FM allocations and put the antenna there (or any other suitable vertical structure).
