Work in partnership with Promotions Director/Program Director to develop ideas, write proposals, execute promotional opportunities, and help the station take leadership in promoting themselves on air and on the streets throughout the Triad area.
Job Requirements: Daily management of winner sheets and prize fulfillment. Maintain station vehicles. Work closely with sales staff on client promotional proposals. Manage on-site event coordination with clients and Account Executives. Attend and execute station events. Minor updating of station's website using simple software. Promotional recaps. Maintain thorough communication of on-air, on-site and online promotion details to Promotions Director/Program Director and on-air talent. Knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel, a must. Website management and Photoshop is a plus. Must be detail-oriented. Superior verbal and written communications skills. Must be able to meet deadlines and possess strong organizational skills. Must be able to multi-task, have high energy level and positive attitude.
