WVCC-AM drops Ludlow and Rush?

I noticed last week that Ludlow Porch was no longer on WVCC-AM in Newnan. I tune in today and Rush isn't on the air. Technical difficulties today or a permanent change?

First, Ludlow Porch is gone, and now Rush Limbaugh. Two popular talk show hosts gone from one station. Kind of weird, huh?

According to the website, Rush is still apart of the line up for the station.

Rush is most definitely still on the air at WVCC. CC has no reason to dump him. There must have been technical difficulties involved.

Ludlow on the other hand (according to the GM - see the Atlanta board) is gone from the station's lineup.

BTW, what did you hear in place of Rush, anyway?<P ID="edit"><FONT class="small">Edited by jbs974 on 07/20/05 01:47 PM.</FONT></P>

Technical problems due to lightning hits... routing equipment for network took hit and we didn't know it until noon when switchers went to network. Took about one hour to get everything straight. Rush was back on right after the news at 1p.

The good news is new generator is being installed at studios in about 8 weeks and the power hits won't effect us as much.
