WVCH's great music Today

I tuned in to 740 WVCH this afternoon and early this evening and found some great CCM music being played. The satellite service they use plays a broader range of CCM music than WXHL 89.1 Christiana Del which has repeaters in Del County and Philly and a bunch of other places too. WXHL is strictly top 40 CCM where as WVCH's music had the top CCM songs of today, but also had in their rotation an occasional CCM oldie. It is a shame that WVCH can't air this satellite service during the work day. Besides great music, the jocks occasionally offer a couple minute thought or devotional that is thought provoking and then right back to the music. A great format.

A question for Dave Gardner at WVCH, who is a regular on the Philly board, what satellite service is that. It's great. Thanks for airing it on the weekends at least. If you guys could ever, financially, be able to air it during the weekday, that would be a real blessing.

Hi Mike!

The service we use is SkyLight. It's based at Northwestern College in Minnesota.

I'll add my voice to Mike's. The music is great, much better than the presentation of WXHL.
